International Shipping

Our products will be shipped out from our warehouses all over the world depending where you are.

We offer flat rate shipping Worldwide, please check below to see if we ship to you!

Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT+8 will be processed and shipped out the following business day. All orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day (excluding holidays). Upon completion of order processing, the shipping information including tracking will be sent to you via email.


Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7-24 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Taxes and Customs

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Duties on goods vary widely depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in, but normally total 18-20% of the item price.

If you refuse a shipment from, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import fees that are incurred upon delivery. These charges are not refunded to you.

For your protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

International Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, due to some product content we are unable to ship all products available on our website to all countries. If you have one of these items in your shopping cart you will receive a message during checkout to remove this item(s).


Returns & Exchanges

Our Promise

Domode prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise while fulfilling customer orders accurately! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund (less original shipping charges). Any item(s) returned between 31 and 60 days after purchase will be automatically given a store credit that is redeemable on our site at any time. Returns must be in original condition and in all their original packaging. Domode will not accept return items with any signs of wear or with any of the original tags not included.

All Fragrance, sale items marked final sale, swimwear and gift card purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Any final sale item that is returned without approval will have a restocking fee of 25% of the original item price.



At this time we do NOT offer direct exchanges, but don’t worry go ahead and place an order for the correct size or color and as soon as we receive your return we will issue you either a refund or gift credit whichever applies.



Returns are only allow if :

  • Product(s) sent is broken
  • Wrong product sent
  • Defective
  • Wrong size

We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. We do not provide a pre-paid Fedex shipping label for International orders, please return items to address listed on the return form.
